Critiques
I would like to see more done though. I mean adding more layers, like making the dark even darker, and th lights even lighter. Though that may be just because how you put it onto your computer.
I also see some proportional issues with the head. It looks to me as if the right side of the head is higher than the left. (Noticeable with the hair, not the actual face). Also the lips look a bit funky. On the left side, it just doesn't look natural.
I would also like to see if you could maybe ground the image so it doesn't look like she is floating. I think it would give the image more of a grounded feeling, more complete.
Its a great picture, I commend you on your ability with charcoal, and being able to get the fabrics of the cloths to look authentic.
